Possible online services disruption due to Internet related outage

A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

ILogin and ABE Profile – Medicaid Customer Information

Illinois Medicaid customers, creating an ILogin Account and ABE Profile is a three-step process: Create, Connect, and Choose. This improved process requires Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), which is more secure and protects your private information while offering an easier way to change passwords.

Note for Existing ABE users: On your first visit to Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE) after the change to ILogin, you need to create an ILogin Account to connect to your existing ABE Profile before you can use Manage My Case (MMC). If you have an existing ILogin account, you can use that to login to ABE and proceed to Connect an ABE Profile.

If you do not have or do not want to create an email account, you can still Apply for SNAP, Cash or Medical benefits through a single session, no account Application submission in ABE, or in-person, by paper or the phone at (800) 843-6154

What is ILogin?

ILogin is an improved login process that requires Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). This new login process is more secure and protects your private information while offering an easier way to change passwords. The creation of an ILogin account requires an email as the User ID instead of a self-chosen ID.
