Medical Transportation (Non-Emergency)

Who do I contact to get to and from my appointments?

Fee-for-Service customers, enrolled in Medicaid but not enrolled in a Managed Care Organization (MCO), should visit www.netspap.com or call Transdev at 877-725-0569. Transdev does not schedule transportation but can provide a list of providers to contact.

Managed Care customers should contact the phone number on the back of their membership card to schedule transportation. Each MCO has specific requirements for scheduling transportation download the MCO transit brochure.

How do I know whether I am a Managed Care Customer?

Most Medicaid customers are required to enroll in a Managed Care Organization (MCO). To become an MCO customer, you would have received an enrollment packet in the mail asking you to choose or be assigned to an MCO. You would have then received information and a membership card from the MCO you enrolled with. A list of MCOs can be found in the HealthChoice Illinois enrollment website.  If you don’t know your MCO, you can call the automated system at:  1-855-828-4995 and key in your Medicaid Recipient Identification Number (RIN) or be transferred to a live agent for help.
