Adult Dental

Covered Dental Services for Adults

On July 1, 2014, adult dental services were restored as a result of Public Act 98-0651 (pdf).

Additional Services for Pregnant Women

All eligible pregnant women (prior to the birth of their children) are eligible for the following five preventive dental services:

  • Periodic Oral Evaluation
  • Cleaning
  • Periodontal Scaling and Root Planing-4 or more teeth per quadrant (deep cleaning)
  • Periodontal Scaling and Root Planing-1-3 teeth per quadrant (deep cleaning)
  • Full Mouth Debridement (gross removal of plaque and calculus)
