Information Portal
The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services is pleased to offer the public a secure online way to submit confidential health and identity information to the Bureau of Collections. At this time, the information portal can be used to securely submit information requests, supporting documentation, and applications related to the following topics:
- Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP)
- Workers’ Compensation Case Submissions and Information Requests
- Personal Injury Case Submissions and Information Requests
- Estate Recovery Case Submissions and Information Requests
The use of the information portal does require the creation of an “ILogin” account in order to achieve a secure connection between the submitter and HFS.
