Public Notice and Request for Comment
Pursuant to federal regulation 42 CFR Part 447, the state is required to issue public notice on proposed changes in statewide methods and standards for setting Medicaid payment rates. This process provides beneficiaries, providers and other stakeholders the opportunity to review and comment on such changes.
