TANF Arrears Reduction (Clean Slate Program)

​Public Act 102-1115 directs all child support collected on behalf of a family after January 1, 2023, to be passed through to the family.  As a result, the Clean Slate application has been removed, as child support will no longer be payable to the State of Illinois.
