​The Pathways to Community Living Stakeholder Committee was re-convened on February 29, 2012. The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services and partner agencies strive to involve a variety of stakeholders with an emphasis on consumer participation.  If you are a consumer or know one who would like to participate, please do not hesitate to e-mail us.
