May 18, 2012, Chicago Meeting Location has been Changed

The Chicago location for the May 18, 2012, Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC) meeting has been changed. The meeting will be held at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Division of Specialized Care for Children’s (DSCC) administrative office, located at 1919 W. Taylor Street. The DSCC office is located on the 8th floor, Suite 800. Attendees will be required to sign-in at DSCC’s reception desk. Parking is available in Lot C-4 adjacent to the DSCC office building or in the Wood Street Parking Structure, within walking distance of the building.

The agenda and other meeting material will be sent out prior to the meeting.
