TITLE	Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC)
FUNCTION	The Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services Final Rule (CMS-2442-F), effective July 9, 2024, includes provisions to establish a Beneficiary Advisory Councils (BAC) to ensure the Medicaid program reflects the lived experiences of beneficiaries, their family members, and/or caregivers.
