Function

 

 

The Rural Health Transformation Advisory Committee provides structured, quarterly guidance to HFS on the implementation of the Rural Health Transformation Program. Comprised of legislative appointees, statewide associations, and representatives from key state agencies, the workgroup offers broad expertise from across Illinois’ rural health landscape. Meetings are subject to the Open Meetings Act and focus on program updates, funding progress, and strategic direction. Beginning in late April 2026, the workgroup will help ensure that stakeholder feedback and performance insights support effective and accountable program execution.
