Part 3 - End of Continuous Coverage Requirement: Completing the Redetermination

We will walk you through Form B Redetermination where you will learn how to complete it when assisting customers. You will also learn accurate and timely submission of redetermination forms and walk through the Ex Parte Form A, Verification Checklist, and Cancellation Notice forms.
