Thank you, your application has been received.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an appointment letter or an interview

questionnaire in the mail that requires a response from you.  Please allow up to 30 days to receive the information.

On the questionnaire or appointment notice, a Recipient Identification Number (RIN) will be printed on

the bottom of the form.  This is an important number assigned only to you.  After receiving the RIN,

you may begin accessing your child support case online by visiting our website,  and on the left side under the Customers heading you will find the Online Services

tab where you can complete the registration process.  Once the registration is completed, you

will be mailed a Personal Identification Number (PIN) (6 digit number) and a temporary pass phrase.

RIN, PIN and pass phrase are required before you can access your case online.

You will be able to find out information about payments, account balance, income withholding and

appointment information and other frequently asked questions (FAQs) on our website or mobile version.

If your questions are not answered by viewing your case/s or the FAQs, you may e-mail an inquiry via

your online services account and one of our customer service representatives will respond to you.
