                             WELCOME TO IMPACT PROVIDER ENROLLMENT SERVICES!

Provider Enrollment Services enrolls qualified providers to receive Medicaid reimbursement for services rendered to our Illinois Medicaid customers.  Providers wanting to enroll in the Illinois Medicaid program can do so online by accessing our online provider enrollment system, IMPACT. 

IMPACT is a web-based system to allow providers a more convenient user experience and ensure our customers receive efficient and high-quality Medicaid services.
