Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) Cost Reports

All Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) participating in Medicaid must file a cost report. If a RHC has more than one site, the RHC has the option of combining the sites onto one cost report or filing separate cost reports for all sites. The cost report is due in the Bureau of Health Finance within 180 days after the close of the RHC’s fiscal year.
