We recommend downloading (.xlsx) MS Excel files and opening them using MS Excel or other spreadsheet software. You can download Excel files in your Web browser, right-click on the link, and save the file (save target as) to your hard drive. Then open the Excel file from your hard drive by double-clicking it.

All Illinois hospitals enrolled in Medicaid must file a Hospital Statement of Cost. The cost reports are due in the Bureau of Health Finance within five months after the end of the hospital's fiscal year. All hospitals which have a distinct unit, such as a psychiatric or rehabilitation unit, must file separate cost reports for those units.
