Function	The committee will advise Healthcare and Family Services in the development of standards for determining eligibility for care and treatment of individuals with chronic renal disease.
Terms	Appointed by the Director for a term of four years and until a successor is appointed
Compensation	Reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in carrying out their duties
