The Cross-Agency Medicaid Commission is established to study ways for the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Children and Family Services and the State Board of Education to coordinate activities and programs to maximize the amount of federal Medicaid matching funds paid to the state for goods and services provided to children and their families under programs administered by those agencies. The implementing act to be repealed effective January 1, 2012. |

Directors, or their designees, from the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Department of Human Services and the Department of Children and Family Services, State Superintendent of Education, or his or her designee and one representative of vendors of goods and services to children or their families who are eligible for medical assistance under any program administered by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Department of Human Services, the Department of Children and Family Services and the Illinois State Board of Education for which federal Medicaid matching funds may be available. |
