Effective with dates of service beginning July 1, 2014, all outpatient hospital and ASTC claims are grouped and priced through 3M™EAPG software. Reimbursement will be reduced by 3.5% for all dates of service beginning July 1, 2012 and after, per Public Act 097-0689 (pdf)
