Paying Monthly Premiums

Families enrolled in All Kids Premiums Levels 1 and 2 have several ways to submit their monthly payments. They include:

Be sure to include the payment stub. If you do not have the payment stub, be sure to write your Customer ID, Case ID, and name on your payment.

Using a credit card to make a one-time payment
