Claims Rejecting Incorrectly for G61

HFS System Issue:

Local Health Department claims rejecting incorrectly for G61, Service Not Covered Without Modifier.

Problem:

Error code G61 was to apply to Local Health Departments only when billing physical/occupational/speech therapy services. However, all local health department billed services are currently rejecting.
