D and T Agenda 2019

  • The next D & T Committee meeting will be held November 13, 2019

  • HFS will not be reviewing any classes at the November meeting
    All clinical and financial submission for this meeting must be sent to the Department no later than 3pm CST on October 23, 2019.  Any changes to drug status will become effective on January 1, 2020.
