All Kids Member Handbook: Your Medical Card

All Kids, FamilyCare and Moms & Babies will send members an All Kids/FamilyCare/Moms & Babies paper each month with important information on it. The paper folds into a medical card, and fits in your wallet. Carry your medical card with you at all times, and show it whenever you check in for a medical appointment.

If you are in a managed care health plan, the plan will send you a member card. Carry it with you along with your All Kids/FamilyCare/Moms & Babies medical card. The managed care health plan does not cover all health services, and you will need to show your All Kids/FamilyCare/ Moms & Babies medical card for some services.
