Re:      All Kids School Dental Program

 

 

 

 

This notice informs dental providers of a temporary postponement of the All Kids School Dental Program for the upcoming calendar year. This postponement is necessary due to the implications of the public health emergency as a result of COVID-19. It affects dental providers treating children covered under both traditional fee-for-service and the managed care plans.

 

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services will continue to work with the Illinois Department of Public Health, school districts, and the Illinois State Board of Education to assess opportunities that support children and their families’ oral health during this challenging time. Other potential changes may be implemented at the Administration’s directive.
