The department has updated Appendix 12 of Chapter 100 General Policy and Procedures Handbook with co-payment information for Encounter clinic behavioral health visits for adults.

The chart in Appendix 12 identifies the eligibility categories, specific procedure codes subject to cost sharing and the co-payment amounts. The chart will replace the copayment information in Appendix 12 of Chapter 100, General Policy and Procedures Handbook.

The General Policy and Procedures Handbook Chapter 100 is available on the department's website.
