Supportive Living
Supportive Living Program (SLP) providers receive a per diem currently calculated at 54.75% of the average total nursing facility services per diem rate in the providers’ specific rate setting region. There are seven (7) rate setting regions in the State. In addition, rate add-ons are made available and currently include funding for quality and nutrition assistance.
SLP providers that have been approved as a dementia care setting (DCS) receive a per diem rate calculated at 150% of the regular SLP per diem rate within their rate setting region.
