 Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) – Visit Rejections of HHCS for customers enrolled with a Managed Care Organization (MCO) 

This notice informs you that if your integration with the HHAeXchange Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Aggregator is complete, you may be experiencing rejections for visit data for customers enrolled with a Managed Care Organization (MCO).

These rejections are expected at this time due to a delay in MCO data, which is used to match against the data received from third-party management systems. However, you should continue to submit visits to the EVV Aggregator.

Currently, no action is required by you or your vendor to resolve these rejections nor to re-submit MCO visit data. If the visit is initially rejected, HHAeXchange will maintain those records. HHAeXchange will provide an additional update once this issue has been resolved and will reprocess the rejections.
