Opioid Pain Management Provider Continuing Education Resources
The Food and Drug Administration is requiring completion of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) for opioids. Appropriate pain management requires ongoing education regarding safe opioid use. The Drug Utilization Review Board is providing links to continuing education materials related to REMS and pain management with opioids as well as available pain management certification programs.
