Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Learning Collaborative Development – Feedback Requested |
The Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), along with Chief Behavioral Health Officer (CBHO), David T. Jones, is seeking feedback on the development of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Learning Collaborative. This initiative, led by the CBHO and facilitated by the Medicaid Technical Assistance Center (MTAC), will leverage in-state policy makers and subject matter experts to provide technical assistance to providers seeking to undertake the journey towards becoming a CCBHC under the Illinois Medicaid program.
Providers interested in or exploring becoming a CCBHC in Illinois are invited to please participate in this brief survey by June 7, 2024. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. These insights will help inform the topics covered by the Learning Collaborative, which will launch in summer 2024.
