Re: | Notice of Opportunity to Apply to Participate in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Demonstration |
In accordance with the Illinois Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) Act, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) is working with the Department of Human Services (DHS), providers, and community stakeholders to develop an application for participation in the federal CCBHC Demonstration Grant (Demonstration). As part of this application, HFS will be identifying qualified providers for participation in the Demonstration.
Providers interested in being considered for participation in the CCBHC Demonstration must meet all federal and state requirements and must submit an application by 11:59 pm on September 29, 2023, that demonstrates their ability to meet all federal and state requirements.
Additional information about CCBHC requirements, application materials, and instructions for their completion and submission are posted on HFS’ website at this link:.
Please note: This application process is only for providers who wish to participate in the Demonstration as a certified CCBHC. There is no grant funding associated with this application.
Any provider intending to apply to participate in the Demonstration must attend a mandatory Cost Reporting training on August 31, 2023.
