Re:      Update: Extension of Timely Filing Override for FSP Residential Providers 

 

 

 

 

This notice informs providers of Family Support Program (FSP) Residential Treatment Services of an extension to the timely filing override announced in the Update of Billing Policy Effective November 1, 2019 provider notice issued on November 13, 2019.

 

FSP Residential Treatment Providers will be granted an extension to the timely filing override for services rendered between July 1, 2018, through December 30, 2019. Claims for these dates of service must be received by the Department by June 30, 2020 to receive the timely filing override.
