Re:       Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program Attestation Deadline

 

 

This notice informs certain providers that the final attestation deadline for the Illinois Medicaid Electronic Health Records Incentive Program for the 2016 program year is November 9, 2017. Providers who attested by the April 30, 2017 deadline have now been allowed sufficient time to correct issues with their rejected attestations.

 

This deadline applies to fewer than 400 provider attestations as most attestations have been successfully adjudicated and paid for the 2016 program year. The 2016 program year is the final year in which a provider may enter the program.
