Transportation Provider Enrollment - Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT)

This notice outlines the requirements for enrolling in or revalidating existing information in the new computer-based provider enrollment system, called Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT) for transportation providers.

Transportation providers may have multiple service locations within the same county attached to one IMPACT enrollment, but service locations located in different counties must be enrolled separately. 

Please refer to previous IMPACT Provider notices for additional enrollment details.
