The department is reissuing the Handbook for Providers of Healthy Kids Services, Chapter HK-200, Policy and Procedures for Healthy Kids Services (pdf). Providers are strongly encouraged to review the entire document for awareness of current policy regarding delivery of Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) program guidelines.
