Dental Office Reference Manual – Reissue; Exhibits A-C Dental Benefits Covered Coding Updates

The Department is re-issuing the Dental Office Reference Manual (DORM). Updates are identified in the Revision History of the manual. The Exhibits A-C Dental Benefits Covered document has also been updated.

Providers are encouraged to review the DORM in its entirety. The DORM, in conjunction with Chapter 100, Handbook for Providers of Medical Services, General Policy and Procedures, provides information necessary for providers to receive payment from the Department.
