Updates to the Inpatient and Outpatient Calculators Effective January 1, 2026

The Department has updated the hospital inpatient and outpatient rate calculators to include all currently enrolled and open hospital provider IDs. All rates remain unchanged from the January 1, 2026 values, with the exception of Graham Hospital’s outpatient rate, which has been updated effective February 9, 2026 to reflect its Critical Access Hospital designation. 

In addition, the calculators have been revised so users will now enter the old facility ID in place of the 12digit provider ID. The old IDs can be found on the “Old ID Key” tab, and entering the old ID will automatically populate the associated 12digit provider ID within the calculators.
