 IMPACT Provider Enrollment Availability

The IMPACT Provider Enrollment team is currently working to address the backlog of pending enrollment applications, modifications, and revalidations. To enhance our processing efficiency, we will be implementing the following changes:

  • No Phone Calls on Wednesdays and Thursdays: 
    Effective immediately, IMPACT staff will not be taking provider phone calls on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This decision aims to streamline our operations.

  • Available Assistance Days: 
    Our team will be available to assist providers at 877-782-5565 on the following days:

  • Monday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST

  • Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST

  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST

We believe that this operational adjustment will improve our efficiency and help prevent payment delays for the provider community we serve.
