The Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), in partnership with the Department of Human Services’ Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DHS-DBHR), is hosting an upcoming webinar to discuss changes to Medicaid-reimbursed Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) services that will take effect in Fiscal Year 2027. Specifically, the webinar will discuss the state’s transition to a Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) framework.
