This notice is to inform providers of the timing for the release of Fiscal Year 2026, Quarter 3 rates.
The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) is in the process of preparing the Fiscal Year 2026, Quarter 3 rates for nursing facilities for publication. At this time, the rates should be published by Friday, January 16, 2026. If, for any reason, the rates will be published after January 16, HFS will provide an updated communication with new expected timeframes.
