Extension in Due Date for Payment of the May and January 2025 Incremental Hospital Assessments

 Extension in Due Date for Payment of the May and January 2025 Incremental Hospital Assessments

The Department is extending the due date for the tax payment associated with the retroactive MAY MCAP payment to Friday, October 31st.  The due date for the tax payment associated with the retroactive JANUARY MCAP payment is extended to Friday, November 7th.  It is imperative that ALL hospitals pay the taxes timely or ahead of the due date for the payment schedule to remain as close to the published dates as possible.  

Providers will be notified of future assessment extensions and/or revised due dates via the website and are encouraged to sign up for e-mail notifications at the link below.
