Calendar Year Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program – July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025 |
The Department has posted the Calendar Year 2025 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program calculations for the period July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025.
These calculations have been completed in accordance with Public Act 102-0004. The program provides $50M annually among qualifying safety-net hospitals to preserve or enhance OB/GYN services or other specialty services at the receiving hospital.
