 Extension in Due Date for Payment of the July 2025 Hospital Assessment

This notice is to inform participating hospital providers that the Hospital Provider Assessment due date for July 2025, originally due Thursday, July 24, 2025, has been extended to Monday, July 28, 2025.

Providers will be notified of future assessment extensions and/or revised due dates via the HFS website and are encouraged to sign up for e-mail notifications at the following link: https://hfs.illinois.gov/medicalproviders/notices/provideremailsubscribe.html
