 Semi Annual Rate Maintenance Review Payments

In accordance with Public Act 102-0886, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) has posted the January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 Semi Annual Rate Maintenance Review Payments. These payments are meant to ensure the hospitals assigned to Hospital Class Directed Payment Fixed Pools are paid no less than 95% of the annual initial rate for each 6-month period of each annual payment period.
