 June 16, 2025, Quarterly Illinois Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Townhall Webinar 

In the summer of 2024, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) hosted a series of bi-weekly Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) townhall webinars with the State’s EVV vendor and aggregator, HHAeXchange (HHA).

HFS and HHA are resuming Illinois EVV townhall webinars on a quarterly basis for EVV in-scope providers (i.e., providers currently required to use HHA or transmit EVV data to HHA for aggregation) and third-party EVV vendors. The first quarterly Illinois EVV Townhall webinar is scheduled for June 16, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 3 pm (CST). Click this link to register.

During the June 16, 2025, quarterly webinar, HFS and HHA will cover the following topics:

·         The purpose of EVV and the status of statewide implementation for in-scope providers.

·         State EVV policies and compliance requirements.

·         Tips for successful use of EVV.

·         Technical guidance, including troubleshooting tips, steps for running compliance reports, and avenues for support.

·         State and HHA Resources.

HFS will allow time for questions and answers at the end of the presentation. Attendees may submit questions and concerns during the registration process. Please note that the webinar will be recorded, and webinar materials will be uploaded to the HFS EVV website.
