 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program – October 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024

The Department has posted the payment amounts for the Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program for the period October 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024, in accordance with Public Act 102-0004. The program provides $50M annually among qualifying safety-net hospitals to preserve or enhance OB/GYN services or other specialty services at the receiving hospital.
