 Date Correction - Distribution of Fiscal Year 2025 Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) Determination

The Fiscal Year 2025 Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) Determination letters posted to the HFS website on September 27, 2024, contain an incorrect date. They incorrectly stated:

“For rate year 2025, appeals must be received or postmarked no later than Monday, October 30, 2024.”

The correct date is as follows:

“For rate year 2025, appeals must be received or postmarked no later than Monday, October 28, 2024.”
