This notice informs all Application Agents, Hospital Providers, MPE/FPPE Providers and other Community Assisters, that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) is offering a WebEx training for Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE) users on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST.

All registrants of the training will receive a copy of the WebEx slide deck following the presentation.

This training will review the new multi-factor authentication (MFA) and login changes that will be coming to the ABE Portal for customers and providers. The expected date of implementation of this change is July 26, 2024.

The training will be recorded and available through the HFS Application Agent webpage.
