This notice informs Supportive Living Program (SLP) providers that frequently asked questions (FAQs) and responses related to the January 18, 2024 provider notice are now available and posted on the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Illinois Supportive Living Program webpages.
