​Re: Rebate Services Portal Outage

The purpose of this notice is to inform enrolled pharmaceutical manufacturers/labelers of an outage of Change Healthcare systems, including the Illinois Rebate Services Portal.           

Change Healthcare (https://status.changehealthcare.com/) and the Illinois Rebate Services Portal are currently down. The Illinois Drug Rebate Unit was in the process of building 2023Q4 invoices when the Change Healthcare systems went down.

At this time, there is no ability to access the Illinois Rebate Services Portal or any of Change Healthcare’s applications. Once Change Healthcare has systems back online, the Department will immediately resume production of 2023Q4 invoices and post as soon as possible.
