​Re: IM+CANS Provider Portal Data Dictionary and Sample Batch Upload File and Informational Webinar

This notice is to inform providers that utilize the IM+CANS Provider Portal batch upload function that the Data Dictionary and Sample XML Batch Upload File for the IM+CANS 2024 are now available.  

The data dictionary and sample file are provided to assist implementation of provider system updates to meet the April 1, 2024, requirements of the IM+CANS 2024. The IM+CANS 2024 can be found on the Integrated Assessment and Treatment Planning (IATP) webpage.  

The data dictionary and sample batch upload files can be accessed on the IM+CANS Provider Portal page of the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) website. 

As part of the implementation of the IM+CANS 2024 and new batch upload file layout, providers are required to test batch upload files through the IM+CANS Provider Portal Test System and seek recertification of the batch upload files. HFS technical staff will be available to provide feedback on batch upload files if tested through the IM+CANS Provider Portal Test System. 

Informational Webinar

HFS will be hosting an informational webinar for system developers to ask questions about the data dictionary and sample file. The webinar date and time, as well as registration instructions are below.

Registration is required. Interested participants must register prior to the webinar at the registration link.
