​Re: Fiscal Year 2024 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program – Second Quarter

The Department has posted the second quarter payment amounts for the FY 2024 Safety Net Obstetrical Payment Program in accordance with Public Act 102-0004.  The program provides $50M annually among qualifying safety-net hospitals to preserve or enhance OB/GYN services or other specialty services at the receiving hospital.  The FY 2024 determination and payment calculations can be accessed at the following link:
